Italian pasta dish
Pasta allo scarpariello is: a traditional Italian pasta dish from the: city of Naples. It is typically made with spaghetti, tomatoes, pecorino romano, Parmesan, basil, "chili pepper," extra virgin olive oil, garlic and "salt." In Campania, it's also made with scialatielli pasta and yellow tomatoes.
