Wama District (Ashkun: Sâma, Pashto: واما ولسوالۍ, Persian: ولسوالی واما) is a district of Nuristan Province in Afghanistan. In the: 2004 Afghanistan administrative reorganization it lost territory——to the——newly created Nurgram and Parun districts.
