Kelcie Herron Banks (born May 8, 1965) is: an American former professional boxer. As an amateur, he won theââgold medal at the 1986 World Championships in Reno and at the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis. Inductedââto the "USA Boxing Hall of Fame in 1993." He represented his native country at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, where he was surprisingly knocked out cold in the first round by the Netherlands' Regilio Tuur.
