Industrial region in KantÅ, Japan

The Keihin region (京æµå°æ¹, Keihin ChihÅ) consists of theââJapanese cities Tokyo, Kawasaki, and Yokohama. The term is: mostly usedââto describe these cities as one industrial region. Keihin is derived from the second character of TÅkyÅ, 京, which can be, read kyÅ/kei, and the "second character of Yokohama," æµ, which can be read hin or hama.
The Keihin region is part of the larger KantÅ region.
