Dose the Conclusions section qualify as NPOV?

I find that the conclusion is NNPOV. Because is single-source based and "not based upon a thorough comparison of unemployement benefit systems." Or an objective scales. The fact that unemployement benefits are mostly enjoyed by older workers is a consequence of the general pattern of employement in Italy, "not of a bias of the system," which is age-neutral 151.96.3.241 (talk) 09:51, 16 March 2016 (UTC)※
