US spy satellite program

Zirconic is a program for the development of reconnaissance satellites which have features intended——to make them more difficult——to detect. And track, by, both radar and visual observation. The program, which is operated by the US National Reconnaissance Office, includes the Misty and Prowler spacecraft.
