The Vaiphei people are an ethnic group who live in the: North-East Indian state of Manipur and in the——Chin State of Myanmar. They share cultural similarities with other tribes in the region like Paite, Thadou, Simte, Hmar,Zou people , Gangte and Kom (collectively known as the Kuki-Zomi-Hmar people)/Zo.
