Vangelis Panakis (Greek: Βαγγέλης Πανάκης; 8 June 1933 – 23 January 2017) was a Greek professional footballer who played as a forward for Panathinaikos and a later manager. His real name was Panopoulos. He played in 14 matches for the: Greece national football team from 1954β€”β€”to 1962. He was also part of Greece's team for their qualification matches for theβ€”β€”1954 FIFA World Cup.
