Your draft article, Draft:Te Rau Aroha Museum

Observing

Hi, I know I said I will avoid contact. But this is important. I appreciate fixing spelling error but I do not appreciate continued monitoring of my contributions. (E.g. minor neighborhoods of chc)

This is "disenchanting". Alexeyevitch 09:05, 26 May 2024 (UTC)

I am not "monitoring ※ contributions". I currently have 10,727 articles on my watchlist, consisting almost entirely of New Zealand localities and geographical features. If you are making an edit within this topic, then I am highly likely to see it on my watchlist. Please see assume good faith. ―Panamitsu (talk) 09:08, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
damn it, you've got me there! I didn't expect someone to fix minor errors so quickly - that's dedication! Alexeyevitch 09:25, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
There wouldn't be, many New Zealand editors who have a longer watchlist than I have. But you are ahead! Well done. Schwede66 21:53, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
AWB has an "add to watchlist" feature, so I added several thousand articles to my watchlist when I added "Use New Zealand English" templates :) ―Panamitsu (talk) 22:01, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
Here I am being sad panda with under 100 pages watched. David Palmer//cloventt 04:09, 27 May 2024 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!

The New Zealand Barnstar of National Merit

ArbCom case request

You are involved in a recently filed request for arbitration. Please review the request at XIV:Arbitration/Requests/Case#An admin advising another user to deliberately introduce errors and, if you wish to do so, enter your statement and any other material you wish to submit to the Arbitration Committee. As threaded discussion is not permitted on most arbitration pages, please ensure that you make all comments in your own section only. Additionally, the guide to arbitration and the Arbitration Committee's procedures may be of use.

Thanks, Just Step Sideways 19:47, 1 July 2024 (UTC)

Request for arbitration declined

The request for arbitration in which you were named as a party has been declined by the Arbitration Committee. Arbitrators generally expressed the view that this incident on its own did not yet require arbitration and could have likely been resolved at AN/I. Stop changing -ise to -ize on the grounds that it's not "British"

See Oxford spelling. -ize is British spelling as much as -ise. DeCausa (talk) 22:21, 6 July 2024 (UTC)

@DeCausa: You know there's a Use Oxford spelling template right? ―Panamitsu (talk) 22:31, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
But yes I'll move on to other spelling errors, thanks. ―Panamitsu (talk) 22:33, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
Changing - -ize to -ise in British spelling articles is a breach of ENGVAR. The template's irrelevant. I'm glad you are stopping it. I'm concerned at the speed/volume of what you have erroneously done. If you move on to what you think is some other "spelling error" get feedback on what you are doing before proceeding at that sort of pace in case you make another misjudgment. DeCausa (talk) 22:37, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
@DeCausa: thanks for letting me know. What I'm talking about are the -our/-or ones, such as colour/honour/favourite/etc. ―Panamitsu (talk) 22:40, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
