Hi. Initially I had that file (File:1997 Detroit shootings (2).jpg} uploaded under fair use. Since then, a bunch of other users have made changes to the page. It seems they believe that as the image was taken from a surveillance camera that it can be uploaded freely to the commons. I am unsure of this. But you need to take this up with the users who made the changes as I had nothing to do with it. Not sure why I'm getting the warning when it had literally nothing to do with me. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on XIV. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article. And see why it was removed. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on XIV (see our policy for non-free media).
