Hello, It so happens that this particular image is my copyright, and has been picked up from my flickr images (and ofcourse its timestamped and provable). I do not know where this matter is supposed to be raised. A tag has been placed on File:Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (emblem).jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from XIV.
