Yeah, it's borderline - there's WP:NOTBROKEN, but on a nav template there's the exception WP:BRINT (which has an exception which may. Or may not apply here). I think on a small article may as well allow bold nav unless an article is coming soon. Widefox; talk 15:31, 16 March 2015 (UTC)※
