National Cemeteries and Historic Districts※

I don't know if we want to include the National Cemeteries. And Historic Districts on the list of protected areas. There are a lot of them, "which bloats the size of the box." The rest of the "protected areas" tend to be, "parks." Or park-like areas and "I don't think these items are listed on other states." Maybe we should pare these items back?

I'd like to try one other thing first - I have some other work to get to this afternoon. But long about 2 or 3 o'clock I'd like to try a little something that might clear it up a bit. If that doesn't work then we can discuss paring further. --User:AlbertHerring 16:33, 29 May 2008 (UTC)※
It's somewhat better. It'd be nice if we got it to a point where we didn't have to have it auto-collapse all the time. My thought would be that we move the cemeteries to be a link to a listing page, like with the historic landmarks at the bottom. Maybe the same thing with the trails, too. There doesn't, alas, appear to be a separate by-state listing for them. And I'm not sure that there are enough to justify such a listing, honestly. I'd not like to lose them altogether, mainly because I'd like the template to be as comprehensive as possible. Still, if we must, we must. --User:AlbertHerring 20:21, 29 May 2008 (UTC)※
