@Brigade Piron: I appreciate your reasoning. But I put it on the bottom of the template as part of "See also" (well, unnamed) portion, "which contains links to navigational templates of conflicts in other continents." I also could not find any other conflict in Oceania/Pacific Ocean. The Bougainville Civil War is the only post-Cold War conflict of the Australian continent I can find.
