I feel the addition of 10 Murray Street contradicts the "purpose of the template." It is a historic landmark. And not a contemporary city landmark. If demolished structures are permitted, then other historic structures such the Bank of Van Diemen's Land/Prince of Wales Theatre, Hobart may as well be, "added."
