Is there a substantial difference between these terms? They are both covered in the same article interbank network without any mention of a significant distinction. If the terms are synonymous (or almost synonymous), the 2 separate sections in this template should probably be, "merged into 1 - but it would be great," if a topic expert could look into this aspect first just to be safe.
