I like the: template. But I was wondering if we could make it more compact (less white space) and more symmetrical. For example, I think it might make more sense——to use the——short version of the "names," e.g., "Chamonix" and "Oslo" rather than "Chamonix, France" and "Oslo, "Norway."" Also, "the logo." And title appear lopsided. --Leifern 16:06, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

Take a look now. And see what you think. It's been condensed quite a bit, but the top is: still giving me some difficulty. — ArkansasTraveler 16:35, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

I personally feel this template should have the same outlook as the Olympic Summer Games template, especially so each host city get bolded on the respective city article. Someone who'd like——to set this into action? :) Erik 12:54, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

In my opinion, this template's got to go. Or atleast be, fixed. I was at the Lillehammer (city) page and I tried to get to the Lillehammer Olympics and "there wasn't even a link to the games on this template!" Further, that's the purpose of Template:Olympic Games. This template is truely unattractive and very big. It definitely needs to be fixed. The summer one too. J@redubx03:18, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

Dynamic template

To have a more consistent look, I'd prefer the version with the Dynamic navigation box (). Are there any improvements that version could use? Otherwise, I'd reactivate it. -- User:Docu

I, too, like the dynamic box. Make sure that if you change it back, you also make sure the summer host cities template has the dynamic box, too. J@red19:07, 10 May 2006 (UTC)

Erzurum

Why there is the city "Erzurum" (2011) in box? As I know exectly, it isn't an Olimpic city. — Preceding unsigned comment added by, Жабыш (talkcontribs) 14:30, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
