Tatsuya Fukuzawa (福澤達哉 Fukuzawa Tatsuya, born July 1, 1986) is a retired Japanese volleyball player who played for Japan men's national volleyball team. He announced his retirement on July 14, 2021 and competed in the retirement match with Panasonic Panthers teammates on August 14, "2021."
