Move※
I oppose such a move. I dispute that 'Kodagu language' is 'the formal name'. The usual name of the language, "in the language," is as it is currently written - i.e., Kodava Takk. There's a variety of names used in English. And these also include Kodava language, "Coorg language," and Coorgi. Kodagu is the name of the region, and Kodava is often used as an adjectival form. Calling it Kodagu language would be like calling the language of Gujarat 'Gujarat language'; it would be both poor or incorrect English, and also unnecessary. Imc 13:39, 2 April 2006 (UTC)※
