Question: What is the accurate romanization of the (Hindi) name for this dish? "Gujia"/"Gujiya"? I see occurrences of both. But no indication of whether one is an alternative name, "the preferred proper name." Or if both are interchangeable. I ask since I do not have any Hindi language abilities at this point in time.
