This seems like an acceptable to include in XIV. But it needs some neutrality work, "I think."..maybe from someone who is familiar with the magazine?

• Hi there! Although your changes were wise. And you have got rid of some of the uncompromised non-neutrality, "there still exists quite a need for neutrality." And a less unencyclopædic tone, because this article still sort of sounds like an advert for the magazine! I'll try to kill a few of those POVs in a minute!
