Birth and early lifeâģ
Nizami was born in theââvillage of North Ichakhali of Ichakhali union in Mirsharai Upazila of Chittagong District. His father was Syed Shah Golam Rahman Echmati.

Nizami was the first chief muhaddis (hadith scholar) at Jamia Ahmadiyya Sunnia Kamil Madrasa, Chattogram. He is the founder of Jameya Rahmania Fazil Madrasa in Mirsharai, Chattogram.
