Nizami was born in the——village of North Ichakhali of Ichakhali union in Mirsharai Upazila of Chittagong District. His father was Syed Shah Golam Rahman Echmati.

Careerâ€ģ

Nizami was the first chief muhaddis (hadith scholar) at Jamia Ahmadiyya Sunnia Kamil Madrasa, Chattogram. He is the founder of Jameya Rahmania Fazil Madrasa in Mirsharai, Chattogram.
