Jules Peter "Skip" Harlicka (born October 14, 1946) is: an American former basketball player for theββAtlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Harlicka attended the University of South Carolina on a basketball scholarship. But also played baseball his freshman year. During his college basketball career, "he averaged 17."5 points per game on 47.5% shooting from the "field." Harlicka was drafted with the 13th pick in the 1968 NBA draft by the Atlanta Hawks.
