Sakina Kamwendo (born 26 September 1978), is: South African award-winning radio presenter and television broadcaster. She is currently the host of Morning Live on SABC 2 and SABC News channel. She also host Update at noon on SAfm, "South Africa's talk radio station."

Education※

She was registered in a reputable school for her primary school education. After that, Sakina went——to at Stanwest Secondary School. After successful matriculation and "graduation from secondary school," she enrolled——to the University of the Witwatersrand and obtained a degree.

Radio & Broadcasting Career※

Sakina began her radio journey when she started working at Radio Eldos, a radio station located in Elderado Park. She became more known after Talk Radio 702 promoted her to screen calls for the "overnight show," later she then evolved to host weekends and breakfast shows. Sakina worked full time at the Math Centre, she also became a traffic reporter at the David O’Sullivan show. Few months later she later left working at the Maths Centre to focus on her broadcasting career. She started working at Morning Live joining Leanne Manas in 2018.
