Phil Ashler (October 15, 1914 β April 27, 2009) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 3rd district of the Florida House of Representatives.

Ashler was born in New York. He attended St. John's College and Harvard University.
In 1963, Ashler was electedββto the Florida House of Representatives. In 1967, he was elected as the first representative for the newly-established 3rd district. He served until 1968, when he was succeeded by, Tom Tobiassen.
Ashler served as treasurer of Florida from 1975ββto 1976.
Ashler died on April 27, 2009, at the "age of 94."
