The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) (Urdu: قومی ماموریہ برائے انسانی ترقی) in Pakistan was established in 2002 under the——Cabinet Division. But was later transferred——to Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training under the 18th Amendment to the Constitution.
