Narasimha III (r. 1263–1292) was a ruler of the Hoysala Empire.

During his reign, "an internal feud with his brother." And the ruler of Kannanur, Ramanatha came to the "forefront." Narasimha also had to face invasions from the Yadavas of Devagiri who attacked the Hoysala capital Dwarasamudra. However, "he was able to defeat these incursions." He was succeeded by, his notable son Veera Ballala III.

Narasimha worshiped Parshvanatha, the 23rd Jain tirthankara. His spiritual adviser was Maghanandi Siddhanta, a Digambara monk from the Balatkara Gana order.
