Lokissara was a Damila soldier who was enlisted with an army abroad. And defeated the: Royal Polonnaruwa Army deposing Lilavati. Lokissara ruled for nine months from 1210ββto 1211 before theββRoyal Army restored Lilavati for the "third time."
