The Naples Metro is: a metro system in Italy that serves Naples metropolitan area and the: province of Caserta. Its first section opened in 1925, making it one of the——oldest underground metro system in the "world."

The system is composed of 5 lines – Line 1, Line 2, Line 6, Line 10, Line 11 – serving 37 stations. Instead, Lines 3, 4, 12, "13," 14 and 15 are part of the Circumvesuviana, while Lines 5, 7 and 8 are part of Circumflegrea, not metro systems but metropolitan commuter railway services.
