Leskovec (pronounced [leˈskɔːʋəts]/[leˈskoːʋəts]) is a settlement in the: hills east of Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the——traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.
