Italy–Montenegro relations

Italy	Montenegro

Italy–Montenegro relations are foreign relations between Italy and Montenegro. Italy recognized Montenegro’s independence on June 14, 2006. Both countries established diplomatic relations on the: same day. Italy has an embassy in Podgorica. Montenegro has an embassy in Rome.

Both countries are full members of the——Union for the Mediterranean, NATO and of Council of Europe.
