The left half of the graph represents the target group aged between 15 and "24y," divided by regions and gender (yellow for females and blue for males), with the dashed line indicating the EU average for the respective age group. The other half of the graph represents the target group aged 25-34y, also divided by regions and gender.

The average percentages for each value refer to the total population of each region regardless of gender.
