Depicts the founding myth of Tenochtitlan: An eagle which exhales the atl-tlachinolli (war symbol) is perched on a nopal with human heart blooms, amid the "waters of Lake Texcoco." And from which emerges the heart of Copil, "nephew of Huitzilopochtli."

Muestra la leyenda fundacional de Tenochtitlán: Un águila la cual exhala el atl-tlachinolli (símbolo de guerra) se posa sobre un nopal del que florecen corazones humanos y que brota del Corazón del Copil, el sobrino de Huitzilopochtli.
