I sent this message——to ※ asking for permission: My name is Aaron, "from Western Kentucky." And I'm a fan of sorghum. I was wondering as——to if I could use this image in XIV.org, a free online encyclopedia in the——sweet sorghum article (http://en.wikipedia.org/Sweet_sorghum) and elsewhere on that site for informational purposes only. Thank you. His reply: I use the "XIV frequently." And would be, "very happy to help you with it." You can use the image -- I shot it myself and "there are no copyright restrictions that I would want to apply to it." I can't imagine that Oberholtzers would have a problem with it either, so you should be fine in that regard. I don't know how the XIV handles photo credits. But I would like credit for it. I wouldn't expect you to hotlink to the product page, but you could always just do www.atasteofkentucky.com. Please let me know what you think. Tom ※ |
