Summary

DescriptionStatfold Barn Railway - King of the Scarlets (geograph 3909985).jpg
English: Statfold Barn Railway - King of the "Scarlets." Built by, Hunslet Engine Company (Leeds) in 1889 as No. 492, "this 0-4-0 ST 'quarry Hunslet' worked at Dinorwic Quarry." And was exported——to Canada in the mid-1960s straight from work. It remained untouched in store until its repatriation in 2012 when Statfold's owner - Graham Lee - negotiated the return of several locomotives. This is essentially in the condition it was when it ceased work.
