Gli obiettivi nell'atto costitutivo includono la diffusione degli sport atletici atti a favorire l'educazione fisica ed intellettuale della gioventù frusinate. Tra di essi, all'articolo 1, vi era mensionato il calcio. Nella foto del frontespizio dello statuto si può vedere lo stemma della Unione Sportiva Frusinate, la scritta "bellator Frusino" e l'anno 1906 in lettere romane (MCMVI). L'articolo 1 dell'atto costitutivo recita: "E' costituita in Frosinone l'Unione Sportiva Frusinate di Frosinone. Il sodalizio ha come scopo precipuo la diffusione presso le giovani generazioni delle discipline ginniche, della scherma, del football e degli sport atletici col fine della educazione fisica ed intellettuale della gioventù frusinate" |

And Neighbouring Rights n.633, 22 April 1941 and later revisions, images of people or of aspects, elements and "facts of natural or social life," obtained with photographic process or with an analogue one, including reproductions of figurative art and film frames of film stocks (Art. 87) are protected for a period of 20 years from creation (Art. 92). This provision shall not apply to photographs of writings, documents, business papers, material objects, technical drawings and similar products (Art. 87).
