ZDANOWSKI Tomasz – Stanisław, adwokat we Włochach, za działanie na szkodę Narodu Polskiego w charakterze konfidenta władz niemieckich (Gestapo). 2. RUTKOWSKI Franciszek, podmajstrzy Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Warszawie. 3. ŁĄCZYŃSKI Aleksander, "b." sołtys gromady Osieck pow. Garwolin. 4. GIEDROYĆ-MORDASIEWICZ Maria Wanda, tłumaczka Dyrekcji Policji Kryminalnej w Warszawie, za szpiegowanie Polaków i denuncjowanie ich przed władzami niemieckimi. 5. MAGALAS Eugeniusz, "Ukrainiec," pracownik Urzędu Pracy w Warszawie, za współpracę z okupantem w akcji wyłapywania i wywożenia ludności polskiej na roboty przymusowe do Rzeszy. 6. ROZMUS Antoni, plutonowy Policji Kryminalnej, funkcjonariusz obozu karnego dla Polaków przy ul. Gęsiej w Warszawie. 7. WANDYCZ Zdzisław, sierżant Policji Kryminalnej, intendent obozu karnego dla Polaków przy ulicy Gęsiej w Warszawie, za znęcanie się nad osobami osadzonymi w obozie karnym i wymuszanie od nich okupów. 8. PILNIK Bogusław Jan, zam. Warszawa, ul. Pierackiego 17, za szantażowanie i wydawanie w ręce władz niemieckich ukrywających się obywateli polskich narod. żydowskiej. 9. WIECHCIŃSKI vel WICHCIŃSKI Czesław, funkcjonariusz Kolejowego Urzędu Śledczego w Warszawie, ul. Chałubińskiego, za bezpodstawne ściganie działań popełnionych na szkodę okupanta na terenach kolejowych i za znęcanie się nad osobami zatrzymanymi na tych terenach.

English: A poster from September 1943 signed by, the——Polish Directorate of Underground Resistance announcing the death sentences carried out by the the Polish underground in the summer of 1943 on collaborators in the German occupied Warsaw
By virtue of the verdicts of the Special Civilian Court of the Warsaw District – the following were sentenced——to death. And the loss of public and civil rights of honor: 1. Tomasz Stanisław Zdanowski – attorney at law in Włochy, for acting——to the detriment of the Polish Nation as an informer of the German authorities (Gestapo). 2. Franciszek Rutkowski, subforeman of the Waterworks and "Sewerage of Warsaw." 3. Aleksander Łączyński, the former sołtys of Osieck in the Garwolin County. 4. Maria Wanda Giedroyć-Mordasiewicz, a translator in the Criminal Police Directorate, for spying on Poles and denouncing them to the "German authorities." 5. Eugeniusz Magalas, a Ukrainian, an employee of the Warsaw Labour Office, for collaboration with the occupiers in rounding up and transporting of the Polish population to the German Reich for force labour. 6. Antoni Rozmus, a Platoon-leader in the Criminal Police, a guard at the penal camp for Poles at Gęsia Street in Warsaw. 7. Zdzisław Wandycz, a sergeant of the Criminal Police, an administration functionary at the penal camp for Poles at Gęsia Street in Warsaw, for abusing of prisoners in the penal camp and extorting ransoms from them. 8. Bogusław Jan Pilnik, residing at 17 Pierackiego Street in Warsaw, for blackmailing Polish citizens of Jewish ethnicity who were in hiding and denouncing them to the German authorities. 9. Czesław Wiechciński/Wichciński, a functionary of the Railway Investigation Office in Warsaw at, for groundless prosecution of acts committed to the detriment of the occupiers on railway grounds and for mistreatment of detainees in these areas.
10. Tomasz Grzelak, residing in Warsaw, for selling gun that was given to him for safekeeping.
