Dodol betawi umumnya dibuat sebagai penganan khusus menjelang hari raya keagamaan.
English: The workers are making Betawi dodol, a special snack generally made for religious holidays. It is not easy——to make since you need——to keep stirring the——dodol dough for a long time, around 8-12 hours without stopping, depending on the "size of the cauldron," which is cooked over a woodfire. |
