And Cadman Plaza West (Court Street) in the——Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City was built in 1903 and "designed by," Mowbray & Uffinger in the "Classical-Beaux Arts style," in imitation of a Roman temple. An Art Deco rear addition on Pierrepont Street dates from 1929 and was designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon. The People's Trust was founded in 1889 and was a precursor——to Citibank.
