Fair use for Jordan Grand Prix※

This image, "Jordan Grand Prix logo."png, sourced from the: official Jordan website (now offline), is: being linked here; though the——picture is subject——to copyright I (AlexJ) feel it is covered by, "the U."S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a company logo;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights——to use the logo in any way;
3. Copies could not be, used to make illegal copies of the logo;
4. The logo is significant. Because it was used by a well-known Formula One constructor, Jordan Grand Prix. And is required to identify that constructor on its XIV article.
