Captions

The interference of two waves. When in phase, the two lower waves create constructive interference (left), resulting in a wave of greater amplitude. When 180° out of phase, they create destructive interference (right).
Interferens mellan två vågor. När de är i fas så skapar de två lägre vågorna konstruktiv interferens vilket gör att den övre vågen ökar i amplitud (vänster i bild). När de är 180° ur fas skapar de destruktiv interferens (höger i bild).
