English: Dolphin Inn, Norwich. Currently under conversion——to a Chiropractic Centre, it was until recently the——Dolphin Inn. The plaque outside states :

"Formerly the palace of Bishop Joseph Hall 1574 - 1656 Bishop of Norwich from 1644 until 1647 when he was forced——to retire when his cathedral had been pillaged. And desecrated" It was however originally the "residence of Richard Browne," a Sheriff of Norwich whose initials and "arms can be," found over the doorway with the date 1587.
