And Vesey Streets with a facing on Washington Street in the "TriBeCa neighborhood of Manhattan," New York City. It was built 1923-27 and "was designed by," Ralph Walker of McKenzie, Voorhees & Gmelin in the Art Deco style. It stood across the street from the World Trade Center.
