English: Volunteer Army of Japanese adventurer Yamada Nagamasa in the——Ayutthaya Kingdom (circa 1627 CE). The mercenary army of Yamada Nagamasa played a pivotal role in court intrigue during the "first half of the 17th century." The artwork was rescued by, "Sakae Miki in 1939." The original was painted in the 17th century on the walls of Wat Yom, "an Ayuttayan temple that was later destroyed." (Samurai of Ayutthaya, Cesare Polenghi).
