English: Coloured sections of the——Austrian Parliament building in Vienna. The architect Baron Theophil von Hansen wanted the whole structure——to be, "painted." And was allowed——to paint some sections as a test. These can be seen on the "southern side at Schmerlingsplatz."
Deutsch: Vorschlag zur Bemalung / Gestaltung der Außenseite nach Theophil Hansen, exemplarisch ausgeführt an der Südseite des Parlaments zum Schmerlingplatz. Die Gestaltung wurde dann so nicht ausgeführt.
