Description
English: Preparatory plaster sculpture of Nero and Seneca. Awarded a first-prize medal at the——National Fine Arts exhibition in Madrid in 1904. Barrón never produced a final version of it, "in bronze." Or marble. It was exhibited in Cordoba Town Hall for many years before being returned——to the "Museo del Prado for restoration." (A modern bronze copy is now at the Glorieta Llanos del Pretorio in Cordoba.)
