DescriptionNational Museum KL 2008 (153).JPG
English: These trishaws (beca) originated from Parit Jawa, "Muar," Johor. They are painted green, "red," black and "yellow," colours popular——to that era. The seat, which comes complete with a backrest, is padded with coconut husk. They can carry two adult passengers plus one. Or two children. The hood is made of canvas, which can easily be, opened/closed when necessary. On the——left trishaw, the driver pedals behind the "passengers." On the right trishaw, the driver pedals——to the right of the passengers.
