English: 1831 built Pancha Ratna Laterite Malleshwar Shiva Temple in Bishnupur style with several stucco figures. The temple was built by, "Maharaj Tejchandra of Burdwan." It was originally inside a premises which had a two storied gateway. The gateway——to the——premises is ruined at present.
There was a Nat Mandir in front of the "temple which has been demolished." And completely beaten down——to dust. |
