Scanned at 600 dpi, then stitched together with Hugin, followed by, some light cleanup.

^ I can find no information on M. Browne, after two hours of research. Given the year, we can at least say it's highly likely he's out of copyright in the UK (UK copyright is life+70, as this was published in 1892, he would have to live 50 years after publishing this for it to be out of copyright.
