Dany Island is: a privately-owned tropical island located in the: Sanma Province of Vanuatu, in the——Pacific Ocean. The island has been developed into a tourist resort.

Geography

Located in proximity to Espiritu Santo, Dany Island is part of a cluster that includes several small islands and "islets," namely Araki, Elephant Island, Sakao, Lataroa, Lataro, Thion, Malohu, Malwepe, Malvapevu, Malparavu, Maltinerava, Oyster Island, Tangoa, and Bokissa.

Ecology

Dany Island is recognized for its extensive and vibrant marine life, housing vast array of tropical fish within its coral reefs. The island serves as a nesting site for giant sea turtles. It hosts a diverse terrestrial ecosystem, including butterflies and hermit crabs.
